a little help here

Andy worked very hard today he carried his big chain saw up and down the ladder to cut the tops off the poles. Then he hoisted the big cap wood and the nail gun up . I could hardly watch. I wanted to help but I could barely move the ladder. I have a boo boo where I conked myself in the head with it. We worked till dark 30 that is my dad holding the ladder. Andy's dad held the ladder earlier and Stephanie helped tighted a bolt that's all we could reach Thanks Stephanie. We are all having a great time with this project!

This is the house we are remodeling it was built in the 20's. We hope to take down afew walls and redo the whole inside. Add a basement garage, master bedroom, and 2kids rooms on the left side here. Hopefully the next pictures I will be posting will be of the inside demolition!

Today we got a huge beam put under the house! I was told we need this beam to hold the house up when we start digging the basement. I will take their word for it whatever works.

You can see it through the crawl space.

This is the front of the house, it goes all the way through! I guess the next step is the digging of the basement or demo of the inside we'll see.

Look! my very first post

I just wanted to start blogging even though I don't think I have the time becouse I wanted to share all the fun we have around here. I started thinking that I am the only one who sees the hillarious things they do and your right I won't remember all the cute things they say. I hope they don't remember the not cute things I say. Anyway, I hope to post pictures of the house as it changes too. Now we are just working on the barn I will put pictures of it up too I have had a lot of fun watching it go up.
