I cannot believe it has been over a month but I have been packing and moving in! We have been in for a week now our first night was September 18th. We still have things at the rental but nothing important, just toys and stuff. Bo and Lisa helped us move all the clothes Sunday, that was a big job! We are so happy to be in the house now, the kids love their rooms and the new puppy we told them we would get when we move in. I love the kitchen, and the new washer and dryer. I told Andy I can wash and dry twice as fast but the folding and putting away time hasn't changed. Now with boxes to unpack it has not happened much we now have baskets of clean clothes instead of dirty ones at least they smell good.

Little Additions

We now have an apron front on the sink.

We have a faucet on the clawfoot tub now and the closet is comin' along it still needs some finishing touches.  The painters are working hard to get everything finished. The

The claw foot tub is in place just to make sure it didn't crack the tile Andy, Bo & I stood in it. That made us feel better about it. I love the look of the tub against the blue wall. Chad is going to put the faucet on soon its going to be harder than all the others I think.

there for the first time he said,"Who put the glass on the floor? I think I will stay with simigloss. If you think I shouldn't let me know now or forever hold your peace. I am so glad the sanding is done!

Gutters are finished!

This is the new drive way it goes around the barn!

The faucets are installed in the kids baths and  our shower.  I couldn't take a picture of the upstairs because its taped up due to the sanding. Now they have put on one coat of polyurethane I love to see the grain and beauty of the wood. As they were doing the floors we realized the air went out or something  happened so we will find out about that today sometime but is was 89 this afternoon when we went up there.Andy is gone now to load all the furniture that is in the storage unit and put it in the barn as soon as the floors upstairs are done he said we will move the kid's new furniture in caues its all in boxes and the painters can paint around it.

Back At It

This is my farmhouse sink with the concrete apron front the apron isn't finished but the top is!

We are back  to work on the house after a great trip to the lake!  Yesterday the countertops were installed the hardwood guys sanded some rooms upstairs, the drive way got a makeover, and the gutter downspouts were put on. My head was spinnin' but I sure was grinnin'! Can't wait to show you more soon!
