Cabinets and Vanitys

The cabinets are getting close. The vanity's are in now that the tile is in the bathrooms. The Black one is my Master bathroom I love it. Chad came and put on some of the tub fixtures you can see here the kids' tub and the master shower handle. We need the countertops to finish the fixtures. The green wall is kinda growing on me it was the wrong color 2 blocks below what I planned on it being. I think I will keep it.

Concrete Day!

Friday we poured the concrete for the barn it was a really big deal. Alec and Wyatt were so excited I overheard Alec tell Wyatt,"Friday is gonna be a good day its concrete day." So...Happy concrete day its official. The phone rang at 5:30 the first truck came at 6 AM the temps were gonna be up so high around 95 or more so it would dry too quickly if they didn't start early. They worked hard on it, we put our hand prints in it around 12 and it was hard to push on so the hand prints aren't very deep.

Light Fixtures

Last week we got the lights one evening after work Andy met me at Lowes. Katie Ann fell asleep in the car so when we got there I laid her down on the lawn furnature right beside lighting and Beth sat there with her . That made it alot easier to shop for lights, the boys were another story. So glad that is done.

I did not take any pictures at the funeral home but these are the procession and the burial. We laid momma to rest on our land we had always talked about wanting to be on our own land so this is perfect so we can take care of her grave.

Island And Playground

These are the pictures I took right before I went to the hospital to see momma. I took the camera in and showed them to her. It seems very unimportant now but she was very happy we put up the playground for the kids. Lisa met me at the house here and took the kids with her I went straight to the hospital.
